In addition, besides the office in China, we also have an sales & distribution office in the Netherlands. So the after sales service is different from all other suppliers located in China. You and your customers can contact us for any questions on security. You can reach the Chinese office as well as the Dutch office during normal office hours. Broken parts from your European customers can be sent to Netherlands and will be fixed as soon as possible. This will reduce the costs for you. Our office in the Netherlands is also able to send samples to any location in the Europe Union. Also the OEM/ODM is no problem at all. Every wish can be discussed.
